EASY EXIT LISTING GUARANTEE

When you list your home through our EASY EXIT Listing Guarantee, you can cancel your listing with us at any time. No hassles. It’s easy. Sharp Realty’s team has strong opinions about real estate service. We believe that if you are unhappy with the service you receive; you should have the power to fire your agent. It takes a strong belief in the quality of one’s service to make this kind of stand, but we never settle for less than the highest professional standards from our team. We are confident you will be happy with our service and results.That’s the simple truth. We always stand behind our service. The Guarantee: If you are unhappy with the service we are providing you, I ask that you first discuss it with us because we would like the opportunity to improve. Simply tell us the problem, give us seven days to attempt to fix it. If you are still unhappy, simply ask for an unconditional release in writing emailed to sharprealtyok(at)gmail(dotted)com and you will have your release in writing (you will receive a copy of the MLS data sheet showing “Withdrawn” status) within 24 hours from receipt of your request. The Exceptions: If there is an accepted offer or pending negotiations, listing cannot be released. Broker protections as per the listing agreement continue to be in effect as explained on the listing agreement.

COMMUNICATION GUARANTEE

Keeping You Informed & Creating Results Another way we remove risk from our service model is through our Communication Guarantee. You see, many sellers report that they almost never hear from their agent after they list their home. We don’t understand how those agents are able to stay in business, but it does happen. As an Oklahoma real estate brokerage, we’ve helped hundreds of families who have had this experience, and enabled them to feel more confident about selling again in the future. We take pride in our open lines of communication, both with our buyers and sellers. Our contact schedule puts us in touch with sellers each week on Thursday and Friday afternoons between 1:00pm and 5:00pm. We use this time to update our clients about the marketing on their home that week, the response rate, what’s planned for the next week, feedback from agents who showed their home, and market conditions that might affect their sale. This is also a great time for sellers to ask us questions. As you can tell, we’re serious about communicating with our clients. So serious in fact, that we guarantee that clients who have signed a listing agreement with us will hear from us every single week. If there’s ever a week where you don’t hear from us with an update on the marketing of your property, we’ll give you $100 in cash at closing. And, we’ll give you $100 for each time it happens! In more than seven years of practicing real estate, we’ve never had to pay anyone on our Communication Guarantee. And we’ll work hard to keep that from happening – you have our word on it! s.
